Government of Goa to promote Industrial growth in the state acquired 33 lakhs square meters of Land in Verna Goa. The brief was to plan an Industrial estate with modern facilities, wide roads, truck terminus and utilities for workers, housing etc. The design evolved in segregating various types of industries and scale of industries with a network of roads and services.
